Here's some news that slipped under my radar. A couple of weeks ago, the BC Marine Trail Network posted its first sign, at Musgrave Point on Salt Spring Island. The Network has been working for several years with various levels of government and First Nations to establish marine trails with designated landing and camping sites for paddlers along BC's coastline. And after a many years of work, the network is coming together as about 85 paddlers attended the recent ceremony at Musgrave Point.
