Shark Music

Odds are it's not likely to happen, but let's say you're paddling along in your kayak and a shark swims by and starts showing more interest in you than you find comfortable. If you have a boombox with you, you might want to slip in an AC/DC cd.
According to this story, "a chartered boat operator in Southern Australia has been conducting research into how music affects the behaviour of great white sharks and discovered that they tended to behave in a much calmer manner when played AC/DC tracks, in particular 'You Shook Me All Night Long'."
He noted that the great white became less aggressive and more curious when exposed to AC/DC, and even began to rub their faces along the underwater speakers.
There was no word about how the sharks behaved when exposed to Barry Manilow.
